They are seeking a Technical reputed company Manager who will own the full customer lifecycle, working directly in customer reputed company environments to ensure successful reputed company, adoption, and expansion of services.

Responsibilities

• Own technical reputed company for new customers, including reputed company environment setup, demos, and implementations
• Build scripts, configurations, and small technical solutions to accelerate time-to-value
• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of reputed company customers
• Run ongoing reputed company-ins, QBRs, and executive reviews to reputed company adoption and identify risks
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues with Support and Engineering
• Own renewals and renewal forecasting for your book of business
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, new use cases)
• Partner with Account Executives on account planning and reputed company
• Work with Sales Engineers during reputed company-sales and expansion cycles
• Bring reputed company customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• Help build reputed company CS processes, playbooks, and documentation

Skills

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (CSM, TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar)
• Strong hands-on reputed company experience and comfort working directly in customer environments
• Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and work with Terraform
• Experience supporting reputed company customers and reputed company organizations
• Background in data protection, backup, disaster recovery, analytics, or AI/ML infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
