Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnered with a global pharmaceutical services reputed company to identify a Senior Accountant in the Incentives program to support the reputed company, administration, and financial analysis of customer incentive and rebate programs. This role is responsible for ensuring rebate agreements are accurately reflected reputed company reputed company, analyzing contractual terms, maintaining financial controls, and supporting the monthly financial reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities reputed company to customer incentive and rebate programs
• Administer rebate agreements reputed company reputed company, including setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy
• Review customer reputed company to determine rebate eligibility, payment structures, and financial obligations
• Maintain accurate rebate accruals, supporting schedules, and payment documentation

• Prepare financial reports and analyses supporting rebate accruals, settlements, and program performance
• Analyze sales trends, rebate activity, and payment history to identify variances and business insights
• Interpret contractual language and translate business terms into reputed company and system requirements

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of rebate programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company discipline
• 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Hands-on reputed company experience, preferably supporting rebate, agreement, or incentive management
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
