This role involves overseeing reputed company-based ERP system implementation and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction and supervision of the Controller or the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives for the reputed company/Finance Department, consistent with the goals set forth by the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, health administration, or reputed company field
• 5-10 years of health care operations/administration experience with supervision/financial management/project management
• 5-10 years of reputed company-based ERP system implementation, deployment, and data migration in a health care environment
• Experience in business process improvements and deployment
• Must be a customer-reputed company team player
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and use good judgement in stressful situations
• Skilled facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bring broad perspective on health and reputed company issues and to reputed company these issues on a day-to-day operational business
