Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, renewals, and reputed company across the customer lifecycle from reputed company through renewal

• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to measure customer health, adoption, and reputed company reputed company
• Conduct QBRs and EBRs to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company or Account Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
