[Remote] Multifamily High ticket coaching and sales- Account manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain reputed company relationships while coaching them through the apartment reputed company reputed company, focusing on sales and reputed company retention.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and coaching them, helping our clients grow their reputed company estate portfolios through multi-family apartment reputed company
• Emphasis on back-end sales and retention. We are looking for someone who is hungry to meet and reputed company goals, while also being passionate about helping our clients reputed company theirs
• This role consists of reputed company calls, 1:1 coaching calls, group coaching calls, weekly membership trainings, deal reviews, maintaining reputed company reputed company channels, monitoring and addressing reputed company posts in reputed company, reputed company upsells and back-end sales and more!
• This is not solely one on one coaching, as clients have reputed company to a community of other investors and a full training on every reputed company to buying apartments and scaling

Skills

• Must be located in the reputed company
• 4+ years of experience in reputed company estate (reputed company/multi-family experience preferred)
• 2+ years in high ticket sales experience (reputed company from reputed company estate transactions) required
• Outstanding, proven reputed company record in sales required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Strong analytical skills
• reputed company/multi-family experience preferred
• Experience in back-end sales, upsells and/or renewals preferred
