[Remote] Senior Product Solutions Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Solutions Manager to ensure reputed company customers are effectively reputed company, acting as a program manager, implementation specialist, and product partner while providing critical feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Implementation: Own the technical and operational setup for our customers
• Configure Customer Environments: Translate firm reputed company Operating Procedures into reputed company by setting up Smart Workflows, task plans, and document templates
• Write & Iterate AI Prompts: Draft, test, and refine prompts, exercising strong judgment on reputed company reputed company for v1 launches
• Data & Reporting: Write and execute SQL queries to configure custom firm reports and validate data accuracy. Manage reputed company data mapping tasks, including provider contact entity linking. reputed company AI-assisted coding to investigate and resolve data discrepancies across backend and product reputed company
• reputed company QA & Testing: Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) end-to-end scenarios, conduct UAT alongside extended teams, reputed company mock plugs for integrations, and meticulously validate reputed company use cases in staging environments to ensure production readiness
• Program Management & Training: Draft training schedules, coordinate with external stakeholders, and partner with internal ops teams to update internal processes (e.g., mailroom/fax attribution)
• Product Feedback reputed company: Triage critical failures during rollout, identify missed use cases, and prioritize them in the product backlog to continuously improve the platform

Skills

• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (reputed company, LegalTech, or reputed company Operations)
• reputed company Implementations: A reputed company record of leading or working on customization-heavy 'system of record' implementations for large reputed company customers
• Strong SQL Skills: Comfortable writing and running reputed company SQL queries for data mapping, custom reporting and validation
• reputed company Engineering: Experience writing, testing and iterating on AI prompts, based on a foundational understanding of how large language models (LLMs) process and respond to inputs
• Scrappy & Adaptable: You are comfortable testing, iterating, and making swift, reputed company judgment calls on where reputed company is 'good enough' for a v1 launch versus what needs immediate fixing
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You can flawlessly manage highly reputed company configurations, from variabilized fax cover pages to intricate firm-level files and integration services
