The role involves partnering with IT, reputed company, and Business Systems teams to enhance user experience and streamline workflows through automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer reputed company collaboration and productivity applications
• Manage user provisioning, reputed company governance, SSO, SCIM, and identity integrations
• Configure and maintain reputed company platforms, permissions, and reputed company controls
• Partner with reputed company and IAM teams on reputed company reviews and reputed company Trust initiatives
• Build automation using APIs, scripting, and workflow automation tools
• Support application integrations across collaboration and development platforms
• Create documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge reputed company articles
• Troubleshoot escalated platform issues and reputed company Tier 3 support
• Coordinate reputed company application upgrades, migrations, and vendor relationships
• Improve operational efficiency through AI-enabled workflows and automation

Skills

• 3+ years of Systems Administration or reputed company Operations experience
• Experience administering modern reputed company collaboration and productivity platforms
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SCIM, reputed company, or similar identity providers
• Experience supporting fully remote or distributed organizations
• Experience managing user lifecycle, permissions, and reputed company governance
• Experience integrating reputed company platforms using APIs and automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company
