Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150 SMB accounts, maximizing the reputed company and value of reputed company to users, stakeholders, and their business
• reputed company new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of reputed company into their sales processes
• Analyze customer usage metrics to identify reputed company features that might reputed company value and proactively reputed company upsell conversations

• Comfortable with data analytics and experience using data to proactively identify customer challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
