Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, customer advisory boards, webinars, regional events, and virtual experiences
• reputed company comprehensive event plans, project timelines, logistics, budgets, and reputed company metrics for reputed company program
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for event execution, ensuring every experience reflects a premium, reputed company brand reputed company
• Evaluate and recommend event opportunities, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and field marketing programs that support business objectives

• Partner on attendee acquisition strategies, event promotion, nurture campaigns, and post-event follow-up programs

• Support executive leadership and subject matter experts participating in events, speaking engagements, webinars, and customer-facing programs
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, reputed company, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams

• Manage relationships with venues, agencies, event partners, production vendors, and suppliers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field

• Demonstrated experience planning and executing events like conferences, trade shows, webinars, executive events, and customer-facing programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives simultaneously
