[Remote] Technical Business Analyst - (Mortgage & HELOC)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst with strong experience in the Mortgage domain, particularly Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) products. The ideal candidate should possess a reputed company of business analysis and testing expertise, be technically proficient with JIRA, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for mortgage and HELOC initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful project delivery
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and functional documentation

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst
• Strong experience in the Mortgage Lending domain
• Good understanding of HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) products and reputed company business processes
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for requirement management, defect tracking, and reputed company project management
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in reputed company/Scrum environments
