This role involves developing and executing people strategies, fostering a reputed company culture, and partnering with leaders on various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development
• reputed company managers on performance management, employee development, leadership effectiveness, and difficult workplace conversations
• reputed company investigations and resolve reputed company employee relations reputed company with professionalism, objectivity, and reputed company judgment
• Partner with leadership on organizational changes, succession planning, and change management initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and organizational development
