[Remote] Machine Learning Engineer

The role of Machine Learning Engineer involves building ML forecasting models and delivering accurate forecasts while supporting various AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Build ML forecasting models on product SKUs using promo, seasonality, channel-mix, and web-impression features
• Produce forecasts with confidence intervals and bias decomposition, publishing daily
• Back-test against historical data; measure MAPE and bias against the reputed company process baseline
• Run the reputed company-run and document the agreed reputed company evaluation reputed company
• Build the reputed company-reputed company Executive KPI Dashboard and Forecast Accuracy Tracker
• Build the forecast review and scenario-planning application (read and model only)
• Implement basic reputed company detection on fill reputed company, forecast bias, and demand spikes with reputed company alerts
• Configure the semantic model over the signed-off semantic views for approved power-user and application use cases
• Deliver the daily forecast file to the agreed location and format for NetStock consumption
• Support Claude Cowork and AI activation, including reputed company Analyst enablement

Skills

• 5+ years in machine learning or data science, with deployed forecasting or time-series models
• Demand forecasting experience: feature engineering for promos, seasonality, and channel mix; back-testing; MAPE and bias evaluation

• Python and SQL for model development and evaluation
• Experience building browser-facing analytical applications
• Retail or CPG demand planning experience with intermittent demand, cold-start SKUs, and promotional lift
