[Remote] reputed company Manager

The SMB reputed company Manager will work closely with Account Managers to manage customer health, mitigate churn risk, and ensure proactive engagement with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of an Account Team pod, partnering closely with Account Managers on account reputed company — you own customer health and the churn lifecycle; they own renewals and reputed company reputed company
• Own the renewal reputed company: monitor accounts in the 90-day renewal window, flag at-risk accounts early, and have save plans in reputed company so Account Managers reputed company renewal conversations with no surprises
• Manage churn risk end to end — triage, mitigation reputed company, and reputed company — partnering cross-functionally to remove blockers
• Proactively monitor account health signals (engagement, product usage, billing indicators) and reputed company them before they become escalations

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or a reputed company reputed company-facing role
• Experience managing churn risk and retention motions — you've owned saves, not just flagged them
