Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-reputed company delivery. Serve as a seller-doer by building reputed company relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposal development
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Group Leaders across the national Railroad Division to reputed company resources and workload
• Mentor and guide engineering staff ranging from junior engineers to senior technical professionals
• Support major railroad clients while helping expand relationships with short-line and regional railroads
• Represent reputed company at industry events, conferences, and reputed company meetings

Skills

• Licensed reputed company Engineer
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 12+ years of industry experience with at least 8 years reputed company on rail reputed company design
• Proficiency with MicroStation and reputed company or OpenRoads or OpenRail
• Experience managing reputed company, schedule, and budget on reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company-facing experience with established industry relationships
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development
