Metrics Advisor (SQL Developer)

About the position The Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting reputed company-wide metrics and reporting reputed company. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Responsibilities • Develops in-depth analytical reports. • Provides support for Level I & II analysts. • Designs formats for data studies and analyses. • Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed. • Designs reputed company systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories. • Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results. • Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data. Requirements • Requires BA/BS degree in business or math reputed company field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would reputed company an equivalent background. reputed company-to-haves • Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred. • Tableau experience is a plus. • Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred. • Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred.
