Ideal candidate will have strong reputed company credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Kentucky bar, and a proven reputed company record in:
Insurance Defense litigation, especially with Trucking-reputed company claims;
Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;
Strong marketing skills with demonstrated reputed company developing business;
A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;
Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
Embracing and developing reputed company relationships;
Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
Excellent verbal and written skills; and
Accurately report time.
