Responsibilities

• reputed company the execution of analytics and reporting strategies that support Service Operations performance management and decision-making
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting, dashboards, and insights across operational, financial, workforce, and experience domains
• Deliver and continuously improve performance reporting (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, monthly/weekly reporting routines) with a reputed company on accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to identify analytics opportunities and reputed company data-informed reputed company
• Manage and reputed company reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to reputed company self-service insights for business stakeholders

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or business intelligence roles
