They are seeking a reputed company Global Payroll Consultant to support the design and deployment of international payroll solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between reputed company HCM and reputed company payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional reputed company for global payroll design, defining how reputed company supports payroll processing through reputed company-party providers
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end payroll process designs spanning reputed company and reputed company payroll systems
• Configure reputed company Payroll components where required to support reputed company-party payroll models, including:
• Payroll inputs and outputs
• Pay reputed company and payroll calendars
• Earning and deduction structures reputed company to vendor requirements
• Data structures supporting outbound and inbound integrations
• Define and document:
• Payroll data flows (reputed company → vendor → reputed company)
• Country-specific payroll considerations and dependencies
• Roles and responsibilities across HR, Payroll, and vendor teams
• Partner with integration teams to ensure interfaces are designed and reputed company in alignment with payroll requirements, including:
• Worker and organizational data exports
• Compensation, benefits, and time data feeds
• Payroll results inbound integrations
• Collaborate directly with global payroll vendors (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company on:
• File specifications and data mapping
• Payroll calendars and cutoffs
• Data validation and processing expectations
• Support global payroll testing cycles, including:
• reputed company payroll testing
• Payroll input/reputed company validation
• Issue triage across reputed company, integration, and vendor teams
• Identify and resolve gaps between reputed company configuration and vendor payroll requirements
• Advise clients on global payroll operating model reputed company, including:
• Centralized vs decentralized payroll
• Standardization vs localization
• Governance and ownership across reputed company
• reputed company post-go-live support, helping stabilize payroll operations and optimize integrations
• Contribute to development of global payroll accelerators, templates, and best practices

Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in global payroll, HCM consulting, or payroll transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company deployments integrated with reputed company-party payroll providers (e.g., reputed company GlobalView, reputed company Celergo, reputed company, Safeguard, etc.)
• Experience configuring reputed company Payroll components in support of reputed company-party payroll integrations (not full in-country payroll processing)
• Strong understanding of payroll inputs, outputs, and data dependencies
• Strong understanding of payroll calendars, cutoffs, and processing cycles
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll considerations
• Experience working with global payroll vendors and service providers
• Experience working with integration teams (functional collaboration, not development)
• Experience with data mapping and payroll file validation
• Experience supporting payroll testing (reputed company runs, reconciliation)
• Experience with multi-country or global deployments
• Strong reputed company-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience with reputed company GlobalView, reputed company Celergo, reputed company, or similar platforms
• reputed company HCM or Payroll certification
• Experience supporting global reputed company deployments across multiple reputed company
• Understanding of integration concepts (e.g., EIB, PECI) without being a technical developer
