What You’ll Do Primary reputed company: Deliver high-reputed company analytics and insights by integrating internal data and external intelligence to inform reputed company reputed company, customer experience, and executive decision-making. As a Strategic Data Insights Analyst, you will: Analyze reputed company performance across multiple domains, including: Sales pipeline and account-level metrics Implementation performance and delivery timelines Installed reputed company analytics and product utilization Contract renewal rates and retention trends Deliver customer experience surveys and analysis, including those for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics Partner with leadership to evaluate external data sources, integrating vendor datasets (e.g., reputed company market intelligence platforms) to enhance customer and market insights Support go-to-market reputed company by contributing to: Market opportunity assessments Market segmentation and hospital/health system targeting Market penetration analysis Help maintain reputed company metric definitions and documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment across analytics and reporting outputs reputed company executive-reputed company deliverables, including reputed company summaries and slide presentations Collaborate with Insights Delivery & Enablement to translate analyses into dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service capabilities Partner with the Advanced Analytics CoE by preparing data and interpreting outputs from their AI/ML models Who You Are Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, statistics, information systems, economics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, market insights, or reputed company analytics Proficiency in SQL and/or a statistical programming language (Python or R) Experience working with reputed company reputed company, sales, or customer datasets Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to synthesize data into reputed company, actionable insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to customer experience analytics, including NPS, CSAT, or customer health scoring Experience with survey administration and customer feedback tools Familiarity with reputed company or medical device industry data, including hospital or health system datasets Experience integrating reputed company-party data (e.g., reputed company) into analytical workflows Experience working with data from CRM platforms such as reputed company or reputed company Exposure to reputed company-based data platforms such as reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or similar How You’ll reputed company at reputed company At reputed company, reputed company is defined not just by reputed company, but by how you reputed company them.
