Key Responsibilities: Hazardous Materials Compliance: reputed company guidance on 49 CFR (Hazardous Materials Regulations) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hazardous materials transportation. Secure EX approvals, special permits, and other regulatory authorizations necessary for shipping hazardous materials. Review reputed company and agreements with transportation vendors to ensure compliance with DOT and DOD regulations. Regulatory Expertise and Support: reputed company strategic guidance on reputed company packaging, marking, labeling, and documentation reputed company to transportation of hazardous materials.
