The Sales Support Representative's reputed company reputed company is to reputed company support to the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working in a fast paced and unique industry the Sales Support Representative will respond to calls and emails from customers while completing a reputed company of administrative tasks. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm PST reputed company: Responsibilities This role has a 50% inbound sales component / 50% reputed company and data entry component  reputed company support to customers regarding products, services and policies  Assist customers utilizing the appropriate resources = reputed company troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.  Effectively communicate with reputed company customers Stay up-to-date with new products, features and industry trends  Create and process orders in a reputed company manner  Process customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction  Prioritize administrative responsibilities  Suggest sales process enhancements  Record and report adverse reactions received from reputed company and patients as per company Pharmacovigilance procedures (Canadian Clients only).   Qualifications: College/Cegep degree with science background is an asset  One plus (1+) year of reputed company center or sales support environment experience or  Three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience  Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to upsell products and services  Strong listening skills, reputed company customer reputed company and reputed company.
