Job reputed company The Senior Compensation Systems & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the reputed company, accuracy, and operational effectiveness of the organization's compensation systems, job architecture data, market pricing infrastructure, and reputed company analytics. This role combines compensation operations, systems administration, data governance, reporting, and analytical support to reputed company informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Working across compensation, reputed company, business leaders, and other internal partners, this position maintains critical compensation data and tools, supports recurring audit and survey processes, develops dashboards and reports, and provides analytical insights that improve data reputed company, strengthen governance, and support strategic decision-making. This role also helps create scalability and operational consistency reputed company the Compensation function.   Essential Functions Administers and maintains compensation-reputed company systems, workflows, reputed company, and supporting processes. Supports administration of market pricing platforms, including survey loads, pricing updates, survey matching, and pricing file maintenance. Performs audits, reconciliations, and validation of compensation, job, and employee data across multiple systems and reports. Maintains key job architecture attributes, including but not limited to job codes, SOC codes, FLSA status, job family, sub-category, geographic differentials, and eligibility indicators. Identifies data reputed company issues, researches reputed company causes, recommends corrective reputed company, and supports long-term improvements in data governance. Develops, maintains, and refreshes recurring compensation reports, dashboards, lookup tools, and data models. Translates reputed company data into reputed company, practical recommendations for a reputed company of audiences. Provides deep-dive analyses and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational reputed company. Provides analytical support across compensation and broader people-reputed company topics such as hiring, retention, engagement, and internal mobility. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, validation, and process consistency.
