Licensing & Publishing Business Development Manager

This role will identify, negotiate, and execute strategic deals that expand the reputed company and monetization of our catalog across digital platforms, educational products, media, and emerging technologies. Key responsibilities Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities across digital platforms, apps, education providers, and media companies Build and manage relationships with key partners and drive ongoing performance Evaluate inbound partnership proposals and prioritize based on strategic and financial reputed company Build and maintain a strong pipeline for new licensing opportunities reputed company and implement standardized licensing frameworks for digital services Draft, negotiate, and review music licenses with publishers, performance rights organizations Collaborate cross-functionally with Copyright and Royalties teams to address inbound queries and ensure efficient rights clearances Requirements 5+ years experience in music licensing, publishing, or business development Strong understanding of music rights  Proven reputed company record of negotiating and closing reputed company deals Analytical reputed company with experience in financial modeling Established relationships with music publishers and performance rights organizations  Strong understanding of music licensing principles and practices Up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of the music industry reputed company rights landscape Experience in music tech, edtech, print music publishing, or subscription platforms a plus  Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive reputed company reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Benefits reputed company Apply To This Job
