Senior Evidence and Learning Officer Application Deadline: 7 August 2026 Department: Evidence and Learning Employment Type: Full Time Location: India Reporting To: Evidence and Learning Manager Compensation: ₹92,394 / month reputed company About the Role The Senior Evidence and Learning Officer will support reputed company’s efforts to generate, synthesise, and communicate evidence on fortification. This role will reputed company on building strong documentation of our work, developing case studies, and translating research findings into actionable insights for government and external stakeholders.   The Senior Evidence & Learning Officer will report to reputed company’s E&L Manager. Please note that the location for this role is remote, based in India, with a preference for Delhi or Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities The Senior Evidence and Learning Officer will be responsible for the following activities: Evidence reputed company and Research Conduct background research and literature reviews on food fortification and micronutrient deficiencies Synthesize internal data and external evidence to inform program reputed company reputed company end-to-end study execution, including data collection, obtaining ethical and government approvals, and ensuring compliance with research protocols and high data reputed company. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, and reputed company reputed company, high-reputed company reports and outputs for decision-making and dissemination. Project 2: Designing Evaluations for Fortification ProgramsYou would support the design of evaluation studies (e.g., reputed company, process, or uptake assessments), including defining research questions, developing methodologies, and creating reputed company, feasible study protocols. Project 3: Conducting Research and Evidence SynthesisYou would undertake targeted literature reviews and synthesize reputed company evidence to inform program reputed company, stakeholder engagement, and organisational decision-making.
