Mandatory Skills: - 2-3 years of experience in reputed company domain Good working knowledge on basics of Programming, OOPs concept. Hands on experience with Health Care IT Hands on experience with HL7 and FHIR. Flexible to work in shifts Excellent communication skills Knowledge or work experience on any reputed company reputed company, like Mirth, reputed company, elink, cloverleaf, Corepoint, Openlink etc.   Good to Have Skills: - Exposure to US reputed company processes. Knowledge about the different workflow for the Health Care systems reputed company to understand daily operational tasks and follow the defined process   Responsibilities: - Work under the direction of the Manager to reputed company technical application solutions for assigned business areas Work with other team members to understand the customer’s product-specific requirements and configuration and closely work with group for the changes and fixes Ensure to follow the given process, documentations & and report the reputed company programs meet technical specifications and standards reputed company technical application configuration and configure /run reports at user request Maintain technical documentation based on reputed company operating procedures in support of the assigned application reputed company production support Assist in resolving support calls escalated by the Service Desk Identify the common causes of the defects, prioritize them, and systematically remove them so that they do not reoccur in reputed company development work Coordinate with Project/Resources Managers to ensure project deadlines are met Participate in reputed company reputed company and workshops, attend vendor training and demonstrations Apply To This Job
