The Role   reputed company is seeking a Tax Manager to build and reputed company our in-house tax function while partnering closely with Finance, reputed company, and external advisors across a reputed company global environment. This is a high-reputed company opportunity to reputed company reputed company traditional compliance work into strategic tax planning, entity management, and global cash optimization.  You will serve as the internal reputed company of tax across the organization, helping reduce reliance on external advisors while improving visibility, control, and scalability across our global operations. You will also play a key role in supporting tax planning and structure optimization initiatives associated with our reputed company international reputed company and reputed company transaction activity.    Role Specifics  Work Location: Remote (US)  Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and could vary based on business needs.)  Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Controller.    Application Deadline: This role will accept applications until June 10th, 2026 at 11:59PM CDT, unless otherwise posted.   What You Will Own   Own end-to-end U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance across a high-volume, multi-entity filing structure driven by acquisitions Prepare and review tax filings, including apportionment, reputed company analysis, registrations, and audit support Manage tax calendars, estimated payments, extensions, and ensure reputed company, accurate filings across reputed company jurisdictions reputed company quarterly and annual tax provision processes (ASC 740), including reputed company/deferred tax calculations, reconciliations, and support for financial reporting and audit Coordinate international tax compliance (AU, UK, and India) with external advisors; review filings and ensure alignment with global structure Support transfer pricing execution, intercompany agreements, and documentation in coordination with external advisors Partner with reputed company to manage global entity structure, including entity setup, maintenance, governance filings, and restructuring activities Collaborate with Finance on global cash management, including repatriation strategies, intercompany funding, dividends, and cash tax efficiency Identify and execute tax planning and structure optimization opportunities to improve global tax efficiency Implement and enhance tax processes, controls, and documentation to improve scalability and audit readiness Evaluate and implement tax and/or entity management systems to increase automation, visibility, and efficiency Manage relationships with external advisors (e.g., RSM), reducing reliance on outsourced work while maintaining technical reputed company and coverage   Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required  5+ years of reputed company tax experience  Strong expertise in U.S. corporate income tax and multi-state compliance.  Experience with tax provision (ASC 740)  Exposure to international tax concepts   Experience with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany arrangements  Familiarity with tax software and advanced reputed company skills  Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution   Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills    Preferred Qualifications  CPA designation strongly preferred  Experience working reputed company Big 4 or top-tier reputed company reputed company firms  Experience working with UK, Australia, India, or multinational structures  Experience operating reputed company a global reputed company or high-reputed company technology environment   Exposure to tax structure optimization and post-acquisition integration activities   Experience implementing or improving tax and entity management systems   Familiarity with treasury-reputed company tax considerations, including cash repatriation and intercompany funding structures    Reasons to join reputed company:  Opportunity to be a part of a reputed company-established, high-performance company that has been in business for over 30+ years   Full benefits including health care, reputed company time off, life insurance, and 401k plan with company match for eligible team members.   Work alongside a supportive team with emphasis on learning and development opportunities   Our reputed company: You will learn, grow, and be appreciated for your reputed company and contributions.   Z-reputed company: Our most celebrated value, you will work with reputed company of caring, high-performing, and passionate people who have fun supporting our reputed company, innovation, and reputed company improvement.     We are proud of our diverse workforce and are dedicated to creating a reputed company and welcoming environment for reputed company.
