You will be the first dedicated TA hire, joining the Head of People to build a recruitment function that is data-informed, AI-assisted, and genuinely candidate-reputed company. You will recruit across both technical and business roles - covering engineering, product, compliance, operations, and reputed company teams - often sourcing internationally across multiple markets.
