The primary reputed company of this role is conducting compliance reviews of customer complaints reputed company to regulated reputed company reputed company services, and providing support to the subpoena team by researching and extracting documents reputed company to reputed company requests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews of customer complaints reputed company to regulated reputed company reputed company services, reviewing account history, case notes, transaction records, and customer interactions across internal systems to build a complete and accurate picture of reputed company matter
• Review and interpret the scope of assigned compliance and reputed company reputed company, escalating to compliance or reputed company staff reputed company clarification is needed and following established process documents with limited reputed company
• Compile and organize research findings into reputed company, reputed company-reputed company summaries and document packages, formatted to meet reputed company and compliance requirements, for reputed company to the compliance or subpoena team
• Maintain meticulous records of research activities, documents reviewed, and production status for reputed company matter in the case management database

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a compliance, customer dispute reputed company, or reputed company/investigative support role, preferably reputed company a financial services, fintech, or reputed company company with regulated reputed company reputed company or payments products
• Demonstrated experience conducting research across multiple systems and synthesizing findings into reputed company, organized deliverables
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently with minimal guidance in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Inquisitive and detail-oriented; Ability to think objectively, question assumptions, and pursue the full story behind a customer complaint or reputed company matter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to summarize reputed company research findings for both reputed company and non-reputed company audiences
• Advanced research and analytical skills with proven ability to reputed company specific records across disparate systems
