Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in supporting post-deployment DAA system cutovers, ensuring network stability and reliability
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, service operations, and field teams to troubleshoot node, DOCSIS, and video service issues arising after customer migrations

• Identify recurring technical issues, document incidents, and work with engineering teams to implement long-term corrective actions

Skills
