[Remote] IT Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to manage internal technology, ensuring employees have the necessary tools and support for reputed company performance.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain employee laptops and workstations across macOS and reputed company platforms
• Administer and enforce reputed company reputed company policies reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance across the fleet
• Manage device lifecycle in ManageEngine (MDM/UEM), including enrollment, patching, policy enforcement, and decommissioning
• Maintain accurate inventory of reputed company hardware assets; coordinate procurement, shipping, and return logistics for remote employees
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal IT support requests, triaging and resolving tickets in a reputed company manner
• reputed company and refine ticket workflows and SLAs to maintain high employee satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and reputed company issues across the employee reputed company
• Escalate reputed company issues to the IT Ops Distinguished Engineer or reputed company vendors as appropriate
• Own user provisioning, deprovisioning, and reputed company management across reputed company internal reputed company platforms, including:

• Serve as the primary vendor contact for supported reputed company tools; manage license tracking, renewals, and cost optimization

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a closely reputed company role
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms (ManageEngine or equivalent such as reputed company, Intune)
• Experience administering reputed company reputed company tooling (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency administering reputed company Workspace and reputed company at an organizational level. Experience with O365 will be considered as a substitute

• Excellent written communication skills; demonstrated ability to write reputed company technical documentation
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a remote-first environment
• Experience in a fully remote consulting, reputed company services, or federal IT environment
• Experience with IT asset management and software license tracking
• Exposure to evaluating or governing AI tool usage in an organizational context
• Exposure to a major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP); a plus but not required
• IT certifications (reputed company A+, reputed company IT Support, ITIL reputed company, or equivalent)
