Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company’s critical application performance and availability
• Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings
• Assist reputed company staff in the troubleshooting and reputed company-cause diagnosis of performance issues
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to meet requirements of IT and business users
• On-reputed company additional applications for monitoring Mentor and train customers on the reputed company Platform and Best Practices
• reputed company services that maintain and grow the adoption of the reputed company Platform in customer environments
• reputed company regular status updates and project documentation to support efforts at customer engagements
• Assist sales team in identifying new opportunities for product and services at customer sites

• Maintain accurate deployment documentation

Skills

• 2+ years IT working experience in the areas of Application Performance Management, application monitoring, network administration, system administration, performance engineering / testing, or Java/.NET development
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• 1+ years of solid enterprise level .NET or Java development/support/operations
• 1+ years of experience in web programming: JavaScript, AJAX and other JavaScript frameworks
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical discipline
• Experience with application technologies (J2EE, .NET, reputed company, Microservices)
• Experience with database technologies (reputed company, DB2, MS SQL)
• Good understanding of distributed applications
• Good understanding of web and enterprise applications
• Ability to address reputed company application environments to reputed company customers with reputed company guidance on implementation reputed company and potential performance improvements
• Excellent organizational/time management skills
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion to learn new technology
