[Remote] Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to reputed company delivery coordination and ensure effective integration of technology vendors while supporting operations and governance execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery coordination for reputed company reputed company technology vendor integrations, including EMR, payment processing, and identity verification
• Manage vendor timelines, API dependency reputed company, and UAT coordination
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between external vendors and the engineering team
• reputed company go-live readiness and surface blockers before they reputed company engineering
• Design the patient support function from scratch, including ticket taxonomy, escalation paths, SLA definitions, and tooling selection
• Manage the relationship and SLA compliance of our BPO partner for Tier 1 patient support
• Build and maintain the runbooks and escalation documentation used by reputed company support tiers
• Coordinate with clinical operations on the clinical deflection boundary and adverse event protocol
• Drive execution of the enterprise technology governance workplan across cybersecurity, data governance, AI governance, reputed company computing, and support operations domains
• Own reputed company tracking, stakeholder reporting, and evidence collection for audit readiness
• Maintain the governance artifact library and ensure deliverable reputed company across reputed company five domains
• Coordinate with IT, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to reputed company governance milestones on schedule
• Maintain the integrated program reputed company connecting engineering sprints, vendor milestones, FTE reputed company, and executive reporting
• Own the dependency map across reputed company reputed company workstreams and escalate blockers proactively
• Run the weekly program status reputed company and prepare reporting for the CTO and executive stakeholders
• Partner with the Product team to ensure product delivery is sequenced correctly against vendor and infrastructure dependencies

Skills

• 5 or more years of technical program management experience, with reputed company ownership of reputed company-party technology integrations
• Demonstrated experience building a support operations function, including BPO relationship management
• Comfortable reading API documentation and technical specifications without requiring engineering support to interpret them
• Experience in a regulated industry, with working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
• Background in startup or build-from-scratch environments where the processes do not yet exist
• Strong written communication, with a demonstrated ability to produce executive-level reporting and governance documentation
• Experience with telehealth, digital health, or pharmacy technology platforms
• Prior work coordinating vendor implementations involving EHR, payment processing, or identity verification systems
• Familiarity with AWS-hosted application environments
• Experience with technology governance frameworks, audit preparation, or compliance program management
