[Remote] Sr. Project Manager - Energy + Business Unit (Decarbonization, Govt. Funded Projects, 3D Printing)

The Sr. Project Manager will lead product development and commercialization initiatives, focusing on executing pilot deployments at customer sites to secure references and accelerate market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and reputed company deployments including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and reputed company budget
• Manage reputed company phases of pilot and reputed company deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance
• Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including reputed company tracking and reporting
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Proven reputed company managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2 years+)
• Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites reputed company reputed company or to international locations
• Degree in Engineering or Science preferred
• Prefer 5+ years of project/program management experience, including preference for 5+ years leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-reputed company environment
• Metal AM technologies (e.g., Binder Jetting, Laser Powder Bed Fusion)
• Managing government-funded projects
• Influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions
