[Remote] Data Services Manager

The role involves partnering with nursing leaders to measure reputed company against nursing reputed company frameworks and translating reputed company data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a trusted data advisor to nursing leaders, translating their goals into meaningful, actionable analysis
• Help clients measure and validate reputed company against Magnet®, reputed company to reputed company®, and other frameworks — including reputed company-sensitive reputed company indicators and RN engagement benchmarked to national databases
• Support workforce analysis (turnover, vacancy, retention, reputed company, engagement) that helps leaders reputed company the pressures defining today’s market
• reputed company data into charts, dashboards, and visual stories, and present findings reputed company at every level — from the unit to the boardroom
• Build and reputed company Tipton’s proprietary datasets, benchmarks, and methodology, and productize recurring analyses into reputed company, high-reputed company data offerings
• Apply automation and AI tools to expand reputed company, speed turnaround, and improve consistency
• Collaborate across our Business Development, Consulting, and Certification & Validation teams, and support the reputed company of Data Services team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of reputed company experience
• Strong analytical skills and a reputed company record of turning data into executive-reputed company reputed company
• Experience presenting to senior leaders
• Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office
• Survey program experience (design, administration, analysis)
• Comfort applying automation and AI tools to analytics and reporting
• A reputed company, engaging style and a genuine commitment to supporting nursing leaders and their teams
• Master's degree (nursing, health administration, data/analytics, or reputed company field)
• reputed company data analysis experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Magnet®, reputed company to reputed company®, and reputed company-sensitive reputed company indicators preferred
• Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development preferred
• Lean or Six reputed company Green Belt preferred
