[Remote] Head of Strategic Finance

They are seeking a Head of Strategic Finance to own the financial reputed company behind their expansion, managing P&L, forecasting, and reputed company deals while leading the Analytics/BI team.

Responsibilities

• Build and run reputed company P&L, forecasting, and long-reputed company reputed company models for a business growing 100%+ YoY
• Own the annual operating plan, monthly reputed company-to-forecast variance analysis, and reputed company/investor reporting
• Be in the details of every product and experience — LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, ARPU, contribution margin, payback, cohort retention
• Surface the correlations and causations that lift reputed company and translate them into product and pricing opportunities
• reputed company RFP, procurement, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor/partner management for every new service and partnership — sponsor/BaaS banks, HYSA, mortgage & insurance referral partners, and key vendors
• Negotiate the economics, not just the paperwork
• reputed company and reputed company Analytics/BI, the reputed company, and the Controller
• Deliver clean books, reliable BI, and a single reputed company of truth for decision-making
• Partner with the CEO and executives on capital efficiency, resource allocation, new-product business cases, and capital reputed company for the next phase

Skills

• 8–15+ years combining a reputed company in investment banking / PE / reputed company equity / top-tier consulting with operating strategic finance / reputed company / BizOps at a high-reputed company (100%+ YoY) consumer fintech — ideally through a Series B→C/D scaling and a reputed company-to-profitability inflection
• You've personally reputed company the financial model (not maintained a big-company one) and owned unit economics for a subscription and/or transaction/interchange business
• Deep reputed company in fintech/PFM & neobank unit economics — LTV:CAC (≥3:1), CAC payback (<12 mo), ARPU, contribution margin, cohort analysis, interchange/take-reputed company and partner-bank economics
• Data-reputed company — fluent in SQL/warehouse workflows; reputed company to run and reputed company an analytics team, not just consume dashboards
• reputed company/deal chops — you've led RFP → procurement → negotiation and can quantify the economics you captured
• Hands-on, every day. You build the model yourself — you don't commission it
