[Remote] Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will create engaging user interfaces and experiences, collaborating with various teams to enhance reputed company's digital products and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to reputed company insights and understand user needs
• Create user personas, reputed company maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups for new and existing products
• Design reputed company and visually engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and brand standards are upheld
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to ensure reputed company’s digital products remain innovative and competitive
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across reputed company digital and visual channels
• Ensure accessibility standards and usability guidelines are adhered to in reputed company design work

Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD, or similar
• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools for general design tasks
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple design reputed company simultaneously
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Lookback, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company-end development (reputed company/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
• Understanding of latest AI tools and ability to use them to accelerate prototyping and UI/UX design workflow
