[Remote] Project Manager, Marketing, Communications and Events

They are seeking a Project Manager for their Marketing and Communications team to reputed company event planning, budgeting, and coordination, while also supporting marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Play a central role in GreenBlue events and partner events’ planning and organization
• Be responsible for budgeting and financial management, budget reconciliation and managing event expenditures
• Take the reputed company in vendor coordination and logistics
• Create detailed timelines and reputed company as project manager for reputed company, per event, coordinating the different roles and responsibilities and team communication
• Be responsible to monitor and reputed company GB’s room reputed company commitments at venues and proactively resolve challenges as they present
• Manage on-site event execution, consider risk management and prepare contingency plans for unexpected scenarios
• Support the marketing of GreenBlue events, coordinating with the Associate Director Marketing Communication on marketing campaigns for events
• Support Associate Director Marketing Communications in post-event long reputed company content creation and event recaps
• Support sponsorships delivery and reputed company strong relationships with sponsors and supporting partners to increase retention year over year
• Coordinate exhibit hall logistics and reputed company vendors
• Support Marketing Communications team as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or event management and minimum 7 years of reputed company work experience or equivalent combination, including at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience working at or with a nonprofit organization
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and event logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with Event marketing campaigns planning and implementation
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, reputed company and event tech stack including presentations (slide decks) management
• Experience with website management, especially with reputed company
• Experience cultivating, negotiating, and managing relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
• Experience writing event marketing copy (long and short reputed company)
• Experience fostering an environment of creativity and reputed company reputed company
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating and implementing multiple reputed company
• Are creative, have an outstanding work ethic, a can-do attitude and are a problem solver
• Have experience talking about and writing about climate and sustainability topics
