The reputed company EWM Support Consultant provides post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for reputed company Extended Warehouse Management environments, ensuring system stability and enhancing overall EWM performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides hypercare support and resolves live system issues following reputed company EWM go-lives
• Monitors system performance, addresses user-reported issues, and escalates reputed company problems as needed
• Manages a high volume of support tickets, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company
• Troubleshoots and identifies reputed company causes of system errors; coordinates fixes with technical and functional teams
• Tracks system performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Collaborates with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve support needs
• Documents support procedures, configurations, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing
• Applies software updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system reputed company
• Provides technical assistance and guidance to end users, ensuring a reputed company support experience
• Adheres to reputed company certified processes and information reputed company standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• reputed company EWM certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire)
• 3–5 years of reputed company EWM configuration experience
• Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government reputed company clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
