[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager to reputed company the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and managing the month-end reputed company process while also assisting in financial planning and analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the monthly financial reputed company processes
• Ensure reputed company journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and reputed company established deadlines
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for the leadership team
• reputed company daily reputed company functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll processing
• Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash reputed company projections, and optimize working capital
• Maintain a perpetual state of audit readiness by ensuring pristine documentation and highly organized financial records
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors during bi-annual audits
• Continuously evaluate finance department workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements and automations to increase efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 3-5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and month-end reputed company procedures
• Experience managing AP, AR, billing, and payroll functions
• Prior experience supporting or leading external audits
