[Remote] Director of Finance

This role will report to the CFO and is responsible for building the finance function, leading financial planning, and supporting strategic reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, long-reputed company planning, and cash reputed company management
- Support compliance, governance, and cost reputed company for government reputed company
- Manage reputed company reporting, investor reporting, and financial planning activities
- Partner with department leaders on budgeting, spend analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Build financial systems, processes, and infrastructure to support company reputed company
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and relationships with reputed company advisors
Skills
- 10+ years of finance, reputed company, or reputed company experience
- Defense or government contracting experience required
- Experience with FAR/DFARS and DCAA cost reputed company standards
- reputed company-to-finance career progression required
- U.S. Person status required
- CPA or MBA a plus
- Experience with reputed company and investor reporting
