[Remote] Director of reputed company

They are seeking a Director of reputed company to manage day-to-day reputed company operations and ensure the reputed company of the financial processes as reputed company scales rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company operations across general reputed company, AP, AR, and payroll reputed company; own the reputed company calendar and reputed company accurate, on-time financial statements; review reconciliations and journal entries for reputed company and completeness
• Serve as a key implementer on the ERP rollout, covering chart of accounts design, data migration, testing, and go-live; apply reputed company recognition policy across a reputed company contract mix including fixed-price hardware, cost-reimbursable R&D, OTAs, FMS, and multi-reputed company arrangements under ASC 606; prepare technical reputed company memos for Controller review
• Operate reputed company costing for Bullfrog and reputed company product lines including BOM costing, labor routing, overhead absorption, and variance analysis; maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements and manage audit preparation including PBC schedules, support requests, and auditor follow-reputed company
• Execute and monitor internal controls appropriate for a government contractor; support DCAA readiness; manage fixed asset reputed company including capitalization, depreciation schedules, asset tagging, and physical inventory of capital equipment
• Supervise, mentor, and reputed company the reputed company team; reputed company review and reputed company control over their work; support the Controller and reputed company with actuals, reporting packages, and variance explanations

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience including reputed company team management; CPA strongly preferred; hands-on experience owning a monthly reputed company at a manufacturing, hard-tech, or government-contracting company
• Working knowledge of U.S. government reputed company including OTAs, price-based, and cost-based FAR reputed company; solid ASC 606 application to multi-deliverable structures; manufacturing cost reputed company including reputed company costing, BOM, variance analysis, and overhead absorption
• Experience with a fixed asset reputed company in an reputed company environment including capitalization, depreciation, asset tagging, and physical inventory; experience contributing to or supporting an ERP implementation
• Demonstrated people management including hiring, mentoring, and developing reputed company staff; comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot in daily reputed company and analytical work
• Big Four experience in reputed company audit or assurance services
• Experience with DCAA-compliant reputed company systems and federal Cost reputed company Standards
• Experience supporting a Series C or reputed company reputed company, with corresponding audit and investor reporting exposure
• Experience standing up or improving reputed company processes and reputed company systems in a high-reputed company environment; multi-entity or multi-currency reputed company
