[Remote] Rich Media Designer

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3–5 years in a creative agency, advertising agency, or in-house team working on interactive mobile ads
• Deep knowledge of playable ad best practices — file size constraints, engagement mechanics, tutorial design, end-card conversion patterns, and what makes the first 3 seconds work across UA channels
• A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and animation chops
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite
• A reputed company ability to learn new software quickly — you'll go deep on PLAY and use a stack of AI tools that evolves often. We hire for adaptability over any single tool
