[Remote] Solutions Advisor, Legal Ops

As a Solutions Advisor, you'll reputed company your legal expertise with cutting-edge AI to help customers optimize their workflows and drive adoption of AI solutions in legal practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize legal processes using data-driven insights and metrics to demonstrate ROI and efficiency reputed company
• Draft high-impact AI prompts that solve reputed company-world legal problems and demonstrate value across industries and reputed company areas

• Partner with in-house legal teams to deeply understand their workflows (research, reputed company, diligence, document analysis, compliance, etc.) and design practical AI-powered solutions

Skills

• 4+ years of in-house work experience. JDs with legal operations experience strongly preferred, though non-JD candidates with a deep understanding of in-house legal operations processes will be considered
• Strong background in legal metrics and process optimization — experience measuring legal team performance (KPIs/SLAs), workflow efficiency (process standardization, benchmarking, etc.), and operational improvements
• A genuine passion for AI — you already use it and love experimenting with it
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, automation, analytics platforms, or other legal software)
