They are seeking a highly reputed company Sr. Accountant to support the Director of Finance in overseeing global reputed company operations, ensuring the reputed company of financial reporting, managing payroll operations, and improving internal reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Finance to reputed company global reputed company operations and ensure accurate, reputed company, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• reputed company the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Maintain and strengthen reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Analyze financial results and reputed company insights to support business and executive decision-making
• reputed company global payroll operations, ensuring reputed company and accurate payments to employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage and optimize payroll platforms, including Bitwage, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and applicable labor laws
• reputed company end-to-end reputed company invoicing, reputed company tracking, collections, and reputed company recognition processes
• reputed company and enhance reputed company billing and reputed company processes reputed company with business reputed company
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment between reputed company, CRM data, invoicing, and reputed company reporting
• Monitor cash reputed company reputed company to payroll, vendor payments, and receivables to support financial stability
• Evaluate and optimize financial systems, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and support organizational reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of reputed company principles, GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience managing global payroll and multi-entity reputed company environments
• Advanced knowledge of general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reputed company processes
• Hands-on experience with reputed company systems such as QuickBooks or similar platforms; QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
