[Remote] Footwear Product Development Manager

The role involves managing the entire product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet consumer expectations and brand reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development process and calendar from concept to commercialization
• reputed company and recommend reputed company to meet pricing targets, as reputed company as assure product performance reputed company through product testing
• Create and maintain BOM and development requirements in PLM system

• Manage the technical execution of footwear design including lasts, molds, and materials

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in footwear development
• BS degree or reputed company field experience
• Ability to work independently and directly with over-seas vendors
• Solid understanding of footwear construction reputed company, materials, testing & evaluation techniques
• Proven ability to reputed company and influence in a fast-paced, reputed company and cross-functional group
