Role purpose: Adapt and scale the Neko CRM programme to the US market. Own localisation of journeys, regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA), and US-specific workflows. Drive reputed company with EU performance while meeting regional requirements.
