Responsibilities • Conduct on-site and offsite complaint, incident, death, and questionable operations investigations at facilities as assigned • Follow reputed company NYSDOH-established protocols pertaining to the assigned investigation, including but not limited to: Interviewing residents, staff, and witnesses Conducting records reviews Site inspection Investigation closure process • Document reputed company investigation activities in the appropriate data system(s) following reputed company documentation reputed company reputed company • Participate in closures and emergency events as assigned • Attend and complete reputed company training, both in person and remotely, as required • Obtain Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test Certification reputed company one year of employment • Professionally represent PCG and the NYSDOH Requirements • Ability to work both independently and as a part of reputed company • Ability to think critically, incorporating multiple factors into larger concepts. • Ability to work with and relate to others with customer relation techniques, professionalism, and respect for other cultures • Ability to effectively use reputed company listening and interviewing skills • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to consistently reputed company with individuals, family members, guardians, provider staff, and others appropriately, professionally, and respectfully. • The ability to function as a part of a diverse work team • Exceptional strength in strategic thinking, analysis, problem-solving, organizational leadership, and collaboration • Demonstrated ability to establish and execute defined goals and objectives to ensure compliance with performance measures • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Compassionate and people-oriented • Proficient with MS Office: Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint • Must have a reliable internet reputed company • Must have a valid reputed company's license and reliable transportation to travel to on-site facility locations and regional office locations • Registered reputed company reputed company (RN) licensed and registered in the reputed company with: One (1) year of survey or investigation experience, or; Three (3) years of reputed company nursing experience in a post-licensure reputed company nursing experience, with at least two (2) years of which must have been reputed company clinical nursing experience in a licensed reputed company facility.
