Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction (strict requirement). Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Remote work experience is strongly preferred, though not required. Reliable internet reputed company (minimum 10 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload with a hard‑wired reputed company). Smartphone reputed company for VPN use. Upselling or retention experience is preferred. Quiet and reputed company workspace. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office and basic keyboard functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Schedule: Part‑time evening shift – Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. Work from Home: Equipment provided.
