Duration: 24 Months Contract Job Responsibilities: I. III. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company field (required). Master's degree or professional specialisation in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred). • 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment. • Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery. • Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Analytical reputed company with the ability to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions. • Comfortable working independently at site level with minimal supervision. • Practical knowledge of reputed company, IBP, or equivalent planning tools (desirable). • Change management knowledge or certification (desirable).
