Our ideal candidate is reputed company player who is results-driven, reliable, and can assist with our operational needs.  Responsibilities  Work with the Brokers, and regional management in the reputed company of new agents by processing reputed company required documentation by the state Department of Business and reputed company Regulation, (license activations, renewals, and off boardings.)  Responsible for maintaining accurate/compliant information of the ongoing agent roster   Update and maintain the policy manuals, labor documents, and other documents for reputed company agent.  Issue offers and other compliance documents as requested by the various empowered parties.  Organize and manage billing payments, compliance needs, and membership status for reputed company Multiple Listing Services and boards the brokerage is member to.  Attend to reputed company compliance reputed company reputed company pertaining to listings as they are conveyed across reputed company necessary systems.  Report on various key metrics and data points to the executive team.  *reputed company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.  Qualifications  Degree in Business, Operations Management or reputed company field preferred  Minimum 1 year work experience  Proficient in reputed company Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, reputed company)  Proficient in project management software (reputed company, or similar)  Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role  Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management  Familiarity with reputed company estate business and financial principles    Skills  Responsible, organized, and reputed company, with reputed company of urgency and attention to detail  A dynamic, reputed company personality that is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills  Attention to Detail  Management of personnel resources  Excellent communication skills  Outstanding organizational skills Apply To This Job
